BCGames Terms and Conditions – Rules & Platform Policy for Pakistan

1Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing bcgames.plus, registering an account, or placing any bet on the BCGames platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must not use BCGames.

These Terms form the entire and binding agreement between you and BCGames. They apply to all products and services available on the BCGames platform, including the online casino, live dealer card games, crash games such as Aviator, Ludo tournaments, cricket betting, and any other games or features that BCGames adds to its platform in the future.

BCGames reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, BCGames will notify registered players by email or via an in-platform announcement. Continued use of BCGames after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility to Use BCGames

To register and use BCGames, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. BCGames is strictly an adult entertainment platform. Anyone under 18 is prohibited from registering, depositing, or playing.
• You must be a natural person — corporations, trusts, and organisations may not hold BCGames player accounts.
• You must not be a BCGames employee, contractor, director, agent, or an immediate family member of any of the above.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must be playing with funds you own and that have been obtained through lawful means. BCGames does not accept funds sourced from illegal activity.
• You must be using BCGames for your own personal entertainment — not professionally on behalf of a third party or as part of a betting syndicate that exploits BCGames promotion structures.

BCGames reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and source of funds at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure and may delay or void pending withdrawals.

3Account Registration at BCGames

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one BCGames account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. BCGames uses automated detection tools to identify duplicate accounts. Where a second account is identified, BCGames reserves the right to close both accounts, void any winnings earned on either account, and retain any bonus funds used.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering at BCGames, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. BCGames is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by a player at registration or thereafter.

3.3 Account Security

Your BCGames username and password are your personal credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining their confidentiality. BCGames will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must notify BCGames immediately at support@bcgames.plus and change your password without delay.

3.4 Account Verification

BCGames may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or for ongoing compliance purposes. Verification documents may include a valid Pakistani CNIC, proof of address, and evidence of payment method ownership. BCGames is committed to completing verification requests promptly and will keep all submitted documents secure under its Privacy Policy.

4Deposits and Payments at BCGames

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

BCGames accepts deposits from the following Pakistani payment methods only. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with no currency conversion fees applied by BCGames:

4.2 Deposit Ownership

You may only deposit using a payment method that is registered in your own name. BCGames does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is identified as coming from a payment method not registered to the BCGames account holder, BCGames reserves the right to reverse the transaction and close the account pending investigation.

4.3 Currency

BCGames operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees. All account balances, bet amounts, bonus credits, and withdrawal amounts are displayed and processed in PKR. BCGames does not charge currency conversion fees.

5Withdrawals from BCGames

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal from your BCGames account, you must have completed any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawal of bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements is not permitted. BCGames will clearly display your remaining wagering requirement in your account at all times.

5.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timelines

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit. BCGames targets the following processing timelines for Pakistani players:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa / NayaPay / SadaPay: Within 5–15 minutes for verified accounts.
• Bank IBFT: Same business day, subject to bank processing times.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days, subject to card issuer processing.

5.3 Verification Before Withdrawal

BCGames reserves the right to complete identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure and is not specific to any individual player. Providing accurate documentation promptly is the fastest way to complete this process and receive your funds.

5.4 Minimum Withdrawal

There is no minimum withdrawal amount at BCGames. You may withdraw any available balance in your account at any time, subject to completing any applicable wagering requirements.

6Bonuses and Promotions

BCGames offers a range of promotional bonuses to players including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and VIP Club rewards. All BCGames bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each BCGames bonus is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each promotion.

6.2 Game Contribution

Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements at BCGames. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games such as Baccarat, Teen Patti, and Andar Bahar typically contribute 10%–20%. Crash games may contribute at rates specified per promotion. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

BCGames actively monitors for bonus abuse. Practices including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to harvest bonus funds, opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and using third-party funded accounts to trigger bonuses are prohibited. BCGames reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is identified.

6.4 One Welcome Bonus Per Player

The BCGames welcome bonus is available once per player, household, device, and payment method. Creating additional accounts to claim the welcome bonus again constitutes a violation of these Terms and will result in account closure.

7Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on BCGames are provided by licensed third-party game developers including Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, and others. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface at BCGames.

7.1 Provably Fair Games

BCGames crash games, including Aviator, use provably fair algorithms. The outcome of each round is determined by a cryptographic hash generated before the round begins and cannot be altered once betting opens. BCGames provides the verification tools within each crash game for any player who wishes to independently confirm the fairness of a specific round.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the integrity of a game round at BCGames, the affected round may be declared void and stakes returned to players. BCGames is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages on the player's side.

7.3 Disconnections During Live Games

If you are disconnected from a live dealer game during a betting round at BCGames, your bet will be settled based on the outcome that was determined during that round. BCGames is not responsible for disconnections resulting from your internet connection, device failure, or issues with your mobile network provider.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at BCGames and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Underage gambling — accessing BCGames or placing bets if you are under 18 years of age.
• Fraudulent deposits — using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund a BCGames account.
• Money laundering — depositing funds at BCGames for the purpose of cycling and withdrawing money rather than genuine gameplay.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any BCGames game.
• Software exploitation — using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any technical exploit to gain an advantage over other players or BCGames itself.
• Account selling or sharing — selling, transferring, or sharing your BCGames account with any other person.
• Systematic bonus abuse — using strategies specifically designed to exploit BCGames bonus structures rather than engage in genuine play.
• Harassment — abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward BCGames staff or other players via any communication channel.

9Responsible Gaming at BCGames

BCGames is committed to responsible gaming. We provide a full suite of player protection tools that are available to every BCGames account holder at no cost and without requiring approval:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling period.
• Bet Limits: Cap the maximum stake per individual bet across all BCGames games.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications after a set duration of play at BCGames.
• Reality Checks: Regular on-screen prompts showing your net position and session duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your BCGames account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your BCGames account for a minimum of six months. BCGames will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players.

BCGames does not permit players who have self-excluded to re-register during their exclusion period. Any account found to have been opened by a self-excluded player will be closed and any funds returned to the registered payment method.

10Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Closure by BCGames

BCGames reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where it reasonably believes that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is occurring, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to BCGames or other players. Where possible, BCGames will notify the account holder before closure and provide a reason.

10.2 Closure by Player

You may request closure of your BCGames account at any time by contacting support@bcgames.plus. BCGames will process closure requests within 24 hours. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard verification requirements being met.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

A BCGames account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. BCGames reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of up to Rs 200 per month to dormant accounts. Players will be notified before any fee is applied and given the opportunity to reactivate their account. BCGames will never apply a dormancy fee that exceeds the remaining account balance.

11Intellectual Property

All content on bcgames.plus — including the BCGames brand, logo, platform design, game interfaces, text, images, and promotional materials — is owned by or licensed to BCGames and is protected by intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the BCGames platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or create derivative works from any BCGames content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of BCGames intellectual property may result in account closure and legal action.

12Limitation of Liability

BCGames provides its platform on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access. BCGames shall not be liable to any player for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the BCGames platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or winnings beyond amounts already credited to your BCGames wallet.
• Losses arising from technical faults, internet outages, or device failures on the player's side.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.
• Any action taken by BCGames in good faith based on information you provided at registration.

BCGames' total liability to any player in respect of any single event shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

13Disputes and Complaints

BCGames is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly. If you have a complaint or dispute related to your BCGames account, please follow this process:

1. Contact BCGames support first — reach out via live chat or email at support@bcgames.plus with full details of your complaint. BCGames targets a first response within 2 hours during operating hours.
2. Formal complaint — if you are not satisfied with the initial response, escalate your complaint in writing to support@bcgames.plus with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and full supporting documentation.
3. Resolution timeframe — BCGames commits to providing a final decision on all formal complaints within 14 business days of receipt of complete information from the player.

BCGames records all support interactions and game results for a minimum of 12 months to assist in dispute resolution. Bet history, account activity, and transaction records are all available for review by players in their BCGames account history section.

14Privacy and Data Protection

BCGames collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using BCGames, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

BCGames will never sell your personal data to third parties. Your data is used for account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and — where you have consented — marketing communications from BCGames. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time via your account settings or by contacting support@bcgames.plus.

15Amendments to These Terms

BCGames reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect your rights or obligations as a BCGames player in a meaningful way — BCGames will provide at least 7 days' notice via email or in-platform notification before the changes take effect.

Minor amendments, such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substance of the Terms, may be made without advance notice. The current version of these Terms is always accessible at bcgames.plus/terms-conditions and is identified by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

If you disagree with any amendment to the BCGames Terms, you may close your account before the revised Terms take effect by contacting support@bcgames.plus. Continued use of BCGames after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
